Exposure to Tocal College (a partner RTO) during the AGCAP program allows students to access a broader network of training and career support before they leave school. In addition, the enrichment program strengthen relationships between students, educators and local employers.
Supporting transitions to further education and employment means that AGCAP students will be more likely to continue to study in their chosen field beyond school and pursue meaningful, long-term careers in their local region.
